港区人大代表张俊勇因两度被赌场入禀追讨欠款，近日主动向人大提出请辞。

明报日前报导，港区全国人大代表、香港区块链协会共同主席张俊勇在9月27日遭经营澳门赌场公司追索一百三十五万美元赌债；其后在12月初美国赌场亦入禀法院追回涉及一百三十五万美元的欠款。

张俊勇表示由于事件影响人大声誉，因此作出主动请辞的决定。
