Seed Tag and Associated Risks
The Seed Tag, which will be applied to TON, signifies that the token is part of a category of innovative projects that may exhibit higher volatility and risks compared to other listed tokens. Users interested in trading tokens marked with the Seed Tag are required to pass corresponding quizzes every 90 days on the Binance Spot and/or Binance Margin platforms to ensure they are aware of the associated risks.
Additionally, users will need to accept Binance's Terms of Use. The Seed Tag and risk warnings will be prominently displayed on the respective trading pages and the Markets Overview page.
Geographic Restrictions
Trading of the new TON pairs is subject to eligibility based on the user's country or region of residence. Currently, users residing in Canada, Cuba, Crimea Region, Iran, Japan, Netherlands, North Korea, Syria, the United States of America and its territories, and non-government controlled areas of Ukraine will not be able to trade these pairs. This list may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or other factors.
Additional Notes
Binance reminds users to conduct their own research before trading Toncoin to avoid scams and ensure the safety of their funds. They also highlight that TON is a newly listed token and may be subject to high price volatility. Therefore, users must exercise sufficient risk management and due diligence (DYOR).
