Cronos (CRO) has unveiled an enticing giveaway event, dubbed Pioneer's Passage to Treasures, offering a total prize pool of $30,000 in zkCRO tokens. This event aims to reward early supporters who stake CRO or LCRO tokens on the Cronos zkEVM bridge prior to the mainnet launch.

Campaign Details

The campaign, which started retroactively on July 4, will continue until the zkEVM mainnet goes live. Eligible tokens for participation include CRO (Ethereum/Cronos EVM) and LCRO (Cronos EVM). Participants need to visit the Cronos zkEVM bridge page to lock and stake their assets.

Ten randomly selected participants will each receive $3,000 worth of zkCRO. The more tokens staked, the higher the chances of winning. Those who have already staked their tokens before this announcement are automatically entered into the giveaway without any additional steps.

Additional Benefits for All Participants

  • Receive zkCRO: Upon the mainnet launch, staked CRO will be converted to zkCRO.

  • Earn Loyalty Points: Participants can accumulate points through the Pioneer Program and exchange them for various benefits.

  • Use Points in dApps: Loyalty points can be used in participating dApps for additional rewards and benefits.
