Telegram has rolled out a significant update that enhances its platform with AI-powered sticker search and various video-related features, according to Telegram. The update aims to improve user engagement and content discovery across the messaging app.

AI-Powered Sticker Search

The update expands on Telegram's AI capabilities, which initially included a search function for over 40,000 stickers and emojis from official packs. Now, users can search millions of custom stickers and emojis uploaded by other users, making it easier to find specific themes such as 'thinking monkey' or 'space dog' instantly.

Video Timestamp Links

Telegram users can now share video links that include the current timestamp, allowing recipients to start watching from a specific moment. This feature enhances the sharing of video content both within Telegram chats and on external platforms.

Enhanced Video Features

Additional updates include the ability to set cover photos for videos posted in channels. Users can choose a frame from the video and use the video editor to add text, stickers, or emojis before selecting it as a cover. Videos also now save your progress, enabling users to resume watching from where they left off.

Channel Reactions and Discoverability

Telegram has introduced a feature allowing users to react with Stars as their channel, offering more privacy and promotional opportunities for content creators. This update comes alongside a new list of similar bots on bot profiles, designed to help users discover popular services, utilities, and games.

These updates are part of Telegram's ongoing efforts to improve its platform and user experience, with promises of more features to come in the near future.
