XRP Price Prediction: Price holds near the pivot as derivatives stay long-heavy

What happened

XRP was quoted at $1.27, up 1.72% over 24 hours, with the session range running from $1.24 to $1.29. That puts price close to the pivot point at $1.27 and the 200-day simple moving average at $1.27, which makes this an important near-term decision area rather than a clean trend breakout.

The only analyst view supplied here comes from Sam Daodu of 24/7 Wall St. Crypto Desk, who said on October 30, 2026 that XRP will likely end November 2026 within a base range of $1.20 to $1.32. That range includes the current price and should be treated as a bounded forecast, not as a guarantee of direction.

How the chart is lining up

The short-term structure is mixed. XRP is holding just above its 7-day average at $1.26, but it remains below the 20-day average at $1.29 and the 50-day average at $1.39. In practical terms, that means the recent bounce has not yet reclaimed the broader short-term trend.

Momentum is not showing a strong push either way. The 14-day RSI is 41.93, which sits in neutral territory, while MACD and its signal line are both at -0.0329 and the histogram is flat at 0.0000. Stochastic readings are also mid-range, which fits a market that is stabilizing but not yet building clear upside momentum.

Volatility is contained. The 14-day ATR of $0.05 suggests price movement is present but not extreme, and the Bollinger structure keeps the focus on the same zone: the middle band is $1.29, the upper band is $1.36, and the lower band is $1.23. With %B at 0.3382, XRP is sitting in the lower half of that range.

What derivatives are saying

Binance futures data is more constructive than the spot chart, but it should be read carefully. The 8-hour funding rate is 0.0100%, which is neutral rather than crowded, and open interest is down 9.92% over 24 hours to $394.6 million in value, suggesting leverage has been reduced rather than added.

Positioning still leans long on Binance. Global accounts show 71.9% long versus 28.1% short, and top-trader accounts are even more skewed at 74.9% long versus 25.1% short. The taker buy/sell ratio of 1.1624, with buy volume of 5,549,287 against sell volume of 4,774,097, points to active buying in the most recent 1-hour window.

That said, these figures describe Binance futures cohorts only. They do not establish broader market conviction, and the long bias can unwind quickly if spot price loses nearby support.

Levels that matter next

The supplied trading levels frame the immediate setup clearly. XRP has immediate resistance at $1.30 and stronger resistance at $1.32. On the downside, immediate support is $1.25 and strong support is $1.22.

A move above $1.30 would bring $1.32 back into view and would also sit near the upper edge of the analyst’s stated range. A break below $1.25 would weaken the current holding pattern and shift attention toward $1.22. For now, the chart is being defined more by whether buyers can defend the pivot zone than by any confirmed trend continuation.

Bottom line

XRP is not showing a clean directional breakout. Spot indicators are soft enough to keep the near-term picture cautious, while Binance derivatives remain long-heavy and buying pressure is still present. The result is a narrow, fragile setup: stable for now, but still dependent on defense of the $1.25 to $1.27 area.
