Bitcoin BTC operates independently of a central bank and it is currency in a digital form recognised for digital transactions record and it is been maintained and also new units of currency are generated or created by computational solution of mathematical problems and is compatable. The introduction of new money into money supply by the Central Bank of United States Fed reserve  was made open as the United State reserves QE trys to support on the method to fight the global pandemic  by printing more money from the reserve , the global pandemic COVID-19 is a seriouse case that need a fast action to stop it but finance is mostly needed to provide medical apparatus and to support individuals well being as they are on lockdown , so the US Fed reserve is making effort in printing more money cointelegraph reports on April 18.

BITCOIN AND U.S QE

The US Fed QE and Bitcoin work together and  In 2018, the executive on the board for the European Central Bank (ECB) declared Bitcoin, “the evil spawn of the financial crisis” — referring, of course, to the economic disaster 10 years prior. Interestingly, also born from the ashes of the mortgage crisis was the United States government’s adoption and unabated use of quantitative easing (QE). In order words, “There is an infinite amount of cash in the Federal Reserve. We will do whatever we need to do to make sure there’s enough cash in the banking system.”said on  Sunday in an intrview by; Neel Kashkari, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. On Monday the Federal Reserve announced a plan to unleash “unlimited quantitative easing” to boost the US economy after its coronavirus-related plunge. Understandably, this had a huge impact on all global markets, with the S&P500 rallying by 7.75% from a low of 2169.5. Bitcoin also experienced a boost at the hands of the Federal Reserve as it surged significantly.

“Bitcoin rose by 11% and currently at around $6,700, following the US Federal Reserve’s announcement on unlimited QE to help reduce the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.” said Simon Peters, eToro analysts.

HOPE FOR THE RISING OF BITCOIN

Bitcoin (BTC) price dropped to $3,700 for a brief period on March 12, ending the day at $4,970. By March 13, the price recovered from the major downtrend, ending the day at $5,563 and showing an impressive return of over 11%. Monday proved to be a surprisingly fruitful day for Bitcoin (BTC) price as the digital asset rallied 12.73% to $6,599 before pulling back to $6,380 a few hours later. Despite gloomy news of the U.S. reaching 3,000 deaths from the Coronavirus and major retailers furloughing 500,000 workers, traditional markets also surged on Monday. The S&P 500 rallied 3.35% while the Dow and Nasdaq gained 3.19% and 3.62% respectively.

The US Fed Reserve proven to bost  its economy despite the global pandemic of COV-19 as they put effort in printing money and saying in a report that they have enough money in reserve and base on that there is hope for rising of BTC.   Another plan was responding to data from commentator Holger Zschaepitz, who revealed that since the Fed formally began bailing out the U.S. economy in mid-March, it has handed over $2 trillion in new cash to Wall Street.  Bitcoin itself was born on the day that the United Kingdom was pondering a fresh bailout for its banking sector in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis.

CONTRIBUTIONS ON BITCOIN PRICE RISE

As the US Fed reserve have been making effort, individuals need to try by maintaining any policy made available for the growing price of Bitcoin BTC just as    U.S. President Donald Trump will find the appeal of more bailouts hard to resist.   For those invested in Bitcoin, however, the Fed’s policy, similar to that of central banks around the world, may ironically produce strength.
