Craig Wright Failed to Disclose his Bitcoin Holdings in Court Case

The self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto, Craig Wright had failed to list his bitcoin holdings per the court order. Wright is the defendant in the Bitcoin theft case filed by the estate of David Kleiman, as revealed by the tweet written by Lawyer Vel Freedman.
The United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida requested Wright to submit all his public bitcoin addresses on 31 December, 2013. The plaintiff claimed that Wright has been allegedly stolen over 5 billion dollars’ worth of Bitcoin by “forging a series of contracts that purported to transfer Dave’s assets to Craig and/or companies controlled by him. Craig backdated these contracts and forged Dave’s signature on them.”
After David Kleiman’s death on 26 April, 2013, the Estate claimed that Wright had contacted them and claimed that David had given the right to exchange wealth or intellectual property for a non-controlling and non-operational share. Wright told the estate that he would be able to sell the shares in a few months.
David Kleiman was an expert in computer science and cyber-security. Many believe that he is one of the developers in building the Bitcoin and blockchain technology.
