(Rejected poor writing) Russia Blockchain, E-Voting system let users see the voting results before its announced

Russia has been pushing to introduce the Blockchain Voting system also known as E-voting. According to reports, by a Russian news media, when a vote is cast on the official voting website, the results gets encrypted by the Javascript library called TweetNacl.js, letting the user see the vote results before it is announced. 

When voting, both the receiver and the sender receives separate share keys, the shared key can be used for encrypting or decrypting the message: this means that a voter could see text written in code to be normal language before its decrypted by the electoral commission. Before this can be possible, the voter had to save their private key.

The only known way to receive the private key as a voter is to go to the E-bulletin page, open the console manager, which is available on many desktop browsers and make an adjustment to the election.js library (add log point, enter: voter secret key is', encryptor.keyPair.secretKey) and then cast their vote.

Meduza the Russian news media, did an experiment where all voters were able to receive their private key, it was reported that they were able to all vote results.

The Russian based Blockchain, E-Voting took place from Jane 25 to June 30 for residents located in Moscow and Nizhniy Novgorod, the voting was done on the Exonum Blockchain that was developed by Bitfury. A ballot was said to be invalid, a government officials explain the reason why the voter stopped the transaction. The blockchain only takes "Yes" or "No" for a valid answer, so the system had to mark the vote as an invalid vote.

Based on the Russian constitution amendment, Vladimirovich Putin's term limit will be reset by 2024, this means he could remain president till 2036.
