(REJECTED) Developers Can Now Build Defi Products, Dapps on WatchData
Blockchain payment service pioneer TheWatch has announced the addition of the Layer 2 proof-of-stake (PoS) sidechain Polygon (“MATIC”) to its flagship product WatchData.

WatchData provides a platform for web3 developers to interact seamlessly with the blockchain.
The platform provides developers with an excellent infrastructure that is easy to build, and creators can develop DeFi products and dApps on different blockchains according to their needs.
The platform also provides users with analytics, portfolio tracking, wallet and payment services as WatchData now allows developers to access the Polygon blockchain through its Powered API.
It is currently supporting Ethereum, Bitcoin, Binance Smart Chain, and Tron, allowing users to access historical data and data directly from the node.
Polygon occupies a very pivotal position in the Ethereum and Web3.0 ecosystems.
Matic Network provides scalable, secure, and instant Ethereum transactions designed to use Plasma side chains and a Proof-of-Stake network to solve the pain points of slow block confirmation and high gas fees.
TheWatch CEO Svyatoslav Dorofeev said that:
“We're excited to make Polygon available to our customers. It has been one of the most popular layer-2 solutions for Ethereum thanks to its fees and compatibility. We made a lot of smart decisions which required upfront investments but since then we can easily implement support for other EVM-compatible chains".
