In physics, Entropy is "a factor or quantity that is a function of the physical state of a mechanical system and is equal to the logarithm of the probability for the occurrence of the particular molecular arrangement in that state". It indicates "the degradation of the matter and energy in the universe to an ultimate state of inert uniformity".

The social development and phenomenon can also be described with Entropy. Generally speaking, the world is also a process of Entropy increasing, in other words, from order to disorder, and finally, even collapse or start another cycle. Human individual fits it as well. To make a system restore order, it needs outside forces to decrease Entropy. 

Before we use entropy to describe the world status, we need to define what is "order" and what is the micro-entity to observe. In thermodynamics, it is molecule activities and arrangement. For society, it is value. And to be more specific, it is the basic measure. It is the value system that money as a measurement. People behave around the value system as an incentive. It is about the deviation from the consensus or unified rules. It is an abstraction of the world as what Plato had told us "the theory of Forms".

When talking about money, we need to know the fact about currency monetary and financial systems. our world economy is mainly driven by credit expansion or debt, and the scale of debt is unsustainable and will collapse as its destination.

Blockchain is a consensus in values for blockchain nodes. Blockchain can be seen as a solution to restore consensus "value" for all people.

The late Standard university professor Shousheng Zhang once talked about "entropy" and blockchain in the program "Talks at Google".

But blockchain's influence on the future of humans is not well defined. The key is to find what to "consensus". In our reasoning, It is currency. To restore the world order is to make a consensus of value. When talking about, we are not saying people are greedy about money. Money is simply a measure or a ruler to other objects or behavior.
