Big Four Accounting and auditing firm – KPMG published a press release on 16 May that outlines the four crucial skill for blockchain related career. The top four skills are business acumen, tech literacy, data analysis, and hacker mentality.

KPMG predicts there will be an increasing number of companies exploring blockchain technology and those firms will ultimately face the challenge of talent shortage in the blockchain space. One surprising fact is that a high portion of talents mainly come from college campuses where the younger generations have witnessed the evolution of Bitcoin and Blockchain, and it makes them more comfortable and interested in blockchain careers.
