Astar Foundation Launches TVL-Based Reward System for ACS Campaign
The Astar Foundation has unveiled a strategic initiative known as the Astar Contribution Score (ACS) campaign. This effort aims to boost active participation and liquidity within the Soneium ecosystem by rewarding contributors based on Total Value Locked (TVL), according to astar.network.
TVL-Based Allocation Overview
The ACS campaign allocates a substantial 70% of its rewards based on TVL, with a total reward pool of 70 million ASTR. Each day, 10 million ACS tokens are distributed among eligible projects, with settlements occurring twice daily at 00:00 UTC. The distribution is directly proportional to the TVL each project maintains, ensuring fair recognition of contributions.
Eligible Projects and Assets
The campaign currently includes several projects eligible for TVL-based rewards. These projects facilitate various DeFi activities, such as decentralized exchanges, lending protocols, and stablecoin issuance. Notable participants include Kyo Finance, QuickSwap, Sake Finance, SoneFi, SoneX, Sonus Exchange, Stargate Finance, SynStation, Untitled Bank, Velodrome, and WaveX.
Contributors can provide liquidity using assets like ASTR, ETH, and USDC, which are central to the ecosystem's liquidity and are incentivized accordingly.
Participation Guidelines
To engage in the TVL-based ACS allocation, participants must:
- Provide Liquidity: Add eligible assets to the liquidity pools of the participating projects.
- Monitor Performance: Regularly track contribution metrics and ACS rewards through the ACS Portal.
This initiative not only rewards participants with ACS tokens but also strengthens the Astar and Soneium ecosystems by enhancing liquidity and engagement.
Note: The list of eligible projects and assets may evolve as the ecosystem grows. Participants are advised to stay updated through official Astar channels. Additionally, to prevent dust attacks, liquidity provisions earning less than 1 ACS per day will not be counted.
