   Intercontinental Exchange’s (ICE) Bakkt platform traded 71 Bitcoin ( BTC ) futures contracts in its first 24 hours following its launch on Sept. 22.

3. Cambridge Report: 77% of Enterprise Blockchains Are Not 'Truly Transformational'
   The Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) has released its Second Global Enterprise Blockchain Benchmarking Study. The Study was supported by Invesco and surveyed over 160 entities and analyzed 67 enterprise blockchain networks across all sectors.

   Tech conglomerate Cisco and decentralized artificial intelligence (AI) firm SingularityNET have reached a partnership to develop a decentralized Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) project.
   
   
5. Switzerland’s SIX Exchange Delays Launch of Digital Asset Platform Until Late 2020
   There is some suggestion regarding the postponement that SIX may be moving more cautiously given the regulatory row kicked up by the announcement of Facebook’s Libra.
