Hogwarts Legacy Adds NVIDIA DLSS 5 Upgrade on GeForce NOW
Hogwarts Legacy, the immersive action role-playing game set in the 1800s wizarding world, has received a significant visual upgrade with the integration of NVIDIA DLSS 5 technology. The update, which launched on November 5, 2026, introduces 3D-Guided Neural Rendering to enhance lighting and material details, delivering a more lifelike experience for players streaming the game via GeForce NOW.
Enhanced Visuals with DLSS 5
Developed by Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros. Games under the Portkey Games label, Hogwarts Legacy now benefits from NVIDIA's latest AI-driven graphics technology. DLSS 5 uses an end-to-end-trained model to generate realistic lighting and material effects, while maintaining the artistic intent of the game. This upgrade builds on the game’s existing support for DLSS Multi Frame Generation and Ray Reconstruction, further accelerating and refining its ray-traced graphics.
GeForce NOW Ultimate members can access the DLSS 5-enhanced version of Hogwarts Legacy across a range of devices, including PCs, Macs, handhelds, and compatible TVs, without requiring a high-end local GPU. The cloud-based service also handles game installations and updates, ensuring a seamless experience for players.
World of Warcraft: Forever Launches
Blizzard Entertainment’s World of Warcraft: Forever debuted on November 4, 2026, offering players a reimagined Azeroth with expanded zones, upgraded graphics, and new gameplay enhancements. The game is available on GeForce NOW, with support for around 100 CurseForge add-ons at launch, allowing premium members to customize their experience further.
As part of the launch, new World of Warcraft users without an existing subscription can claim a limited-time access reward through GeForce NOW. The offer is available across all membership tiers until November 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ubisoft Expansions and November Game Lineup
Ubisoft has also introduced new downloadable content for two of its popular titles on GeForce NOW. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Echoes of Central Park expands the game’s map to include Central Park and the Upper West Side, while Anno 117: Pax Romana – Dawn of the Delta allows players to build cities in Aegyptus, navigating challenges shaped by seasonal floods and local traditions.
In addition to these updates, GeForce NOW is adding 24 games to its library throughout November, including eight titles this week. Highlights include Planet Zoo 2, RuneScape: Dragonwilds, and SpiritVale, with more releases scheduled later in the month, such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Baldur’s Gate 3.
With these updates, NVIDIA continues to expand its GeForce NOW offerings, providing gamers with access to cutting-edge technology and a growing library of titles.
