Marvel fans and gamers alike are in for a treat as the much-anticipated game, Marvel Rivals, has officially joined the GeForce NOW platform, according to GeForce NOW Community. The game's first season introduces the iconic Fantastic Four characters and expands its reach with virtual and mixed-reality support.

Marvel Rivals Enters the Cloud

The superhero, team-based player vs. player shooter, Marvel Rivals, allows players to assemble teams of Super Heroes and Villains from the Marvel universe. The game features dynamic maps from the Marvel Multiverse, each offering unique destructible environments. The Fantastic Four—Invisible Woman, Mister Fantastic, Human Torch, and The Thing—will be playable throughout the season, accompanied by new maps, special events, and a fresh Doom Match game mode.

Enhanced Gaming with VR Support

GeForce NOW has rolled out its app update 2.0.70, which extends compatibility to virtual and mixed-reality devices such as Apple Vision Pro spatial computers, Meta Quest 3 and 3S, and Pico 4 and 4 Ultra. This update allows members to stream a wide array of games through GeForce NOW on these devices, transforming their gaming experience with high-quality visuals and low latency.

The full rollout of these capabilities is expected to be complete by January 21. Players can immerse themselves in gaming with massive virtual screens, enjoying titles like Marvel Rivals and Dragon Age with NVIDIA's ray tracing and DLSS technologies.

In addition to Marvel Rivals, GeForce NOW introduces seven new titles to its cloud this week. Among them is SMITE 2, which enters open beta with a roster of 45 gods, including new additions like Aladdin. The game features multiple modes, including Joust, Assault, and Conquest, each offering unique gameplay experiences.

Other new releases include Hyper Light Breaker, Aloft, Assetto Corsa EVO, Generation Zero, HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED 2 – Turbocharged, and Voidwrought, available across platforms like Steam and Xbox.
