NVIDIA said RTX Spark laptops are now available from ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft and MSI, while also adding new local AI models, agent controls and gaming updates to the platform. The company framed the rollout as an expansion of its Windows-focused personal AI systems for developers, creators and gamers, with the laptops built around a Blackwell RTX GPU, a Grace CPU and up to 128GB of unified memory, according to NVIDIA's blog published Oct. 28, 2026.

Evidence and context

In the Oct. 28 post, NVIDIA said the laptops combine an NVIDIA Blackwell RTX GPU and an NVIDIA Grace CPU in a single superchip and can reach up to 1 petaflop of FP4 AI performance. The company also said the machines are as thin as 14mm and as light as three pounds, with all-day battery life, and that 128GB configurations are now on shelves starting at $2,599. The post did not provide independent benchmark data for those claims.

Among the software additions, NVIDIA introduced Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe, an open-weight speech model for transcription, speaker attribution and translation. NVIDIA said the model supports 40 languages, including seven Indic languages, and can be prompted in plain language to transcribe, translate or summarize meetings. The company said the model ranks No. 1 on Hugging Face Open ASR and No. 2 among open-weight models on Artificial Analysis, using about 4.3 billion active parameters. Those rankings were attributed by NVIDIA to the named platforms in its post.

NVIDIA also said developers can use new resource-management controls in NVIDIA App to allocate GPU resources between foreground applications and background agents, provided hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling is enabled in Windows. In addition, the company highlighted Liquid AI's LFM3 model family, saying the models have day-zero support on RTX Spark and can run locally through llama.cpp and vLLM for workflows such as inbox triage, document reading, speech translation and support-ticket routing.

On the gaming side, NVIDIA said S-GAME's Phantom Blade Zero launches Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. PT on Steam and the Epic Games Store, with ray tracing and DLSS 4.5 support on RTX Spark laptops and GeForce RTX PCs. The post also said RTX Remix 1.6 now supports Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.1 with DLSS-accelerated path tracing, and that Portal with RTX and the Half-Life 2 RTX demo now support RTX Spark as well. NVIDIA described additional modding tools in RTX Remix 1.6, including a redesigned ComfyUI workflow and agent-assisted features.

The new post follows earlier NVIDIA material on RTX Spark dated Oct. 16 and Oct. 27, 2026, which covered laptop availability and neural rendering updates. The company did not provide shipment totals, sales figures or market-share data in the Oct. 28 announcement, and the related enrichment supplied no verified pricing or market data beyond the starting price disclosed by NVIDIA.
