SquareXII Dominates in RingWatch Season 5 Conquest
The final blows have been dealt in the latest RingWatch Season 5 Conquest, with SquareXII emerging as the ultimate victor. The power of Elysium now rests in their hands, according to Gala News.
Opening Moments
Conquest began with only 16 ruins in play, and over half a dozen guilds quickly moved to secure their positions and climb the leaderboard. SquareXII gained a commanding lead early on by firmly controlling the eastern quadrant and several other ruins.
The Ring Enters Play
As The Ring of Ruin opened, the competition was still anyone's game. Though SquareXII held a strong lead, rivals BTB, GFX, and EPx were not far behind. With significant points from the ruin starting to roll in, the battle was far from over.
SquareXII secured The Ring early and prepared to fend off any resistance despite a -30% defense debuff. Their strategic hold on The Ring, along with three or four other ruins consistently, allowed them to dominate the scoreboard. While BTB and GFX nearly doubled their scores during this period, EPx struggled to gain points and fell to fourth place.
Final Push
During the final period, GFX and BTB gained almost the same number of points, but BTB's early lead secured them a firm second place. EPx, although lagging in the second period, nearly doubled their score by the end, securing a solid finish.
SquareXII continued to occupy The Ring and consistently held multiple ruins, showcasing their strategic dominance. Their performance earned them a well-deserved victory and long reign over The Ring in this battle.
Congratulations to SquareXII on their victory!
